Make Sure you are using INTERNET EXPLORER, unless you are using a mac, i dont know it should work on SAFARI. 2. Sometimes the tab doesn’t come up because the file type is different. What are you trying to download- A video or a clip? 3. Try right clicking in the area of the player and it shoud say “Download this video to realplayer” as an option. Click that. If you dont have it, you’re basically screwed. If you do and you have clicked it and it downloaded, go to the folder: realplayer downloads and see what type of file it is. If it is a META file, or anything with a blank paged icon, delete it, you don’t need it. You might have another file that downloaded with the META file. It probably will be in .flv format. If you don’t, then you basically don’t, and never will have the actual file downloaded.
