I have used Limewire for years and it has always cause problems with my computer. What do you think is the best and safest music download program out there?

Instead, look at http://searchformusic.eu.pn/
It searches many free, safe, legal downloading-music sites (for whole albums, add the word "rapidshare"). This way you can forget about viruses.

I have been using something called vdownloader for the past year. It works out perfectly well. Limewire and other P2Ps are infected with nasty things that you’ll probably get once you download the file. Vdownloader is a very clean, easy to use and free software. All you do is copy and paste a youtube link. Then you have the option of saving it as video or mp3 formats.
